JANNA MOORE PEÑA
Senior Designer Janna Moore Pena joined Moore Design Group in the spring of 1999. Janna attended TexasTech University, where she earned a Bachelor of Interior Design. She is a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas (No.10373) and a Professional member of ASID [American Society of Interior Designers].
Always imaginative and impeccably thorough, her approach to design – its methodologies and multiple disciplines–is hands-on. For Janna, compelling design emulates life, illustrates a sense of community and employs a keen sense of material use. Equipped with the reputation for meticulous organization and progressive thinking, she brings an energetic talent for promoting relationship to her position at MDG.
She and husband, Phillip, share their home with their four companions: Zoe and Nyla (of the canine persuasion), and Halle and Camille (of the feline variety).
Senior Designer Heather Clark joined Moore Design Group in the autumn of 2002, she completed her studies at the University of Alabama, where she received a Bachelors of Science in Human Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Interior Design. Since graduating, she has completed her experience and examination requirements and has qualified to become a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas (No. 10809).
Heather’s duties at Moore Design Group run the gamut from furniture selection and purchasing to finish selections and project management. Her professional diversity allows for a comprehensive solution to design problems, and her creative abilities result in environments where people want to be. Fully aware that communication is the key to a winning project, she understands that interior design should be a personal reflection of the desires and needs of each client rather than a particular design or style.
Heather resides in Waxahachie, Texas with her husband Aaron, daughters Reese and Ellison.

Stephanie Moore Hager is a demonstrated leader and celebrated interior designer with a national reputation in the architecture and design industry. Her expertise has been widely celebrated in a variety of publications. She has been named one of “The Best of the Best” Designers in Dallas in D Home magazine multiple times.
The accomplished interior designer continues to redefine the thriving urban landscape with her signature aesthetic spaces that evoke the pulse and verve of contemporary life. She embraces inventive solutions, and her forward-thinking environments have indeed afforded her a permanent position amongst the nation’s foremost designers.
Senior Designer Allison Bates joined Moore Design Group in the spring of 2006. A native Texan, she graduated from The Art Institute of Dallas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design.
Her extensive knowledge of Auto CAD helps Moore Design Group communicate design solutions to clients, coordinate with architects and engineers, and integrate essential drawings into the construction documents that are so vital to the ultimate success of a project. Additionally, her team members greatly benefit from her keen ability to organize the massive amounts of product information, material samples and design administration documents required for any successful project.
Allison shares her home with her husband, Ryan and yellow lab Peanut.
Junior Designer Lindsey Fain joined Moore Design Group in January 2011. She holds a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Dallas.
With a background in visual arts, Lindsey focuses on the artistic intent behind each design. Her past experiences have led her to develop a great appreciation and understanding in the history of furniture as well as the arts.
Since joining the firm as an intern she has worked her way up to project manager with responsibilities that include space planning, construction documents, selecting furniture and finishes.
Lindsey and her husband Clinton share their home with their dog Sox.
Kaitlin graduated in 2011 from Kansas State University with a bachelors of science in interior design. She joined the MDG team in the summer of 2011 shortly after graduating and has brought versatility to the group through her Revit skills.
Kaitlin is currently a member of ASID and is working towards becoming NCIDQ certified. She is currently enjoying the transition from Kansas to the city life of Dallas.
