Alamo-Manhattan’s multifamily property MODA Dallas in situated at the heart of Victory Park. Located one block from the American Airlines Center in an area of trendy restaurants, bars and galleries, the luxury community is in a six-story, 263-unit mixed-use apartment building with 3,500 square feet of retail space and two levels of parking. The property features a VIP lounge, an outdoor amenity deck with an infinity-edge pool and fire pit, and a rooftop terrace with. Moore Design Group created a design that unites the pool deck outside with the amenity area, highlighting the stunning views of Downtown Dallas, Uptown and Victory Park skylines. The apartment community’s limited color palette emphasizes grays, whites and chocolates, with contrasting elements of tangerine and azure. Dallas RESIDENCE

Moore Design Group renovated the Preston Hollow home and completely transformed the interior, virtually from sheetrock and predominately white spaces. Through color, texture, fabric and shapes, MDG created a concurrently stimulating and soothing design. The interior design is lush and detailed and includes custom elements in every room in the house. MDG took advantage of elements collected by the homeowners in their extensive world travels, blending the one-of-a-kind pieces seamlessly throughout the home to highlight the owner’s keen eye for unique items. The design team transformed an odd shaped dormer window in the master bedroom to a tranquil sitting area. The family room features a built in and fireplace that were stripped down to the frame and totally rebuilt to exude a warm glow throughout the room. The formal living area was softened and depth was introduced with many layers of glazing on walls and the fireplace façade. MDG opted for a soothing color palette to accentuate the custom furniture and linen window treatments. Awards:

Supreme Lending

The Supreme Lending Corporate Headquarters in Addison, Texas is a 40,000-sf office space in a building that had been vacant for two years before Scott Everett, President of Supreme Lending, presented MDG the design challenge of revitalizing the space. “I knew that in order to properly brand Supreme Lending, we needed a ‘special’ look and feel that was dramatically different from any other mortgage company,” Everett said. “We interviewed Stephanie and her magnanimous personality and flare for a dramatic presence were exactly what we wanted.” Understanding the client’s taste, MDG discussed the essence of color and streamlined the atmosphere to be modern, yet warm and inviting. Today visitors are greeted by tasteful and sophisticated décor mirroring the professionalism of the mortgage company.

ICON in The Gulch, known as Nashville’s “hippest urban condo,” broke records when it sold out of all 217 initial-release condos in an unprecedented 48-hour time period. The ICON has garnered MDG more recognition than any other single property, including the prestigious National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Pillars of the Industry awards. This unique 22-story mixed-use development has a multimedia lounge, two pools, two gyms, and the amenity deck boasts Nashville’s only glass garage doors that turn the inside space into outside space. The community is comprised of a mid rise and tower section, each of which offers its own appeal and sense of style. The sweeping panoramic views of the Music City skyline that surround the ICON embody everything that is true big city high-rise living. A boutique hotel in Las Vegas inspired the winning design concept for ICON. Taking inspiration from several elements within the space, Hager put her own MDG spin on the design and created a motif that was hip, trendy, elegant and luxurious but not over the top. “Bristol Development truly has vision,” Hager said. “My passion for design is heightened when working with Bristol. The modern design of the Everett Residence is dramatic and unconventional, featuring artwork, textiles and lighting all custom-designed for the space. Along with Vetro founder David Gappa, Hager co-designed a signature chandelier to be the focal point of the grand entryway. The hand blown glass droplets mimic the serenity of a rain shower and the amber, ruby and sapphire hues add a warm opulence. The décor unfolds in a seamless assemblage, every element bearing an architectural imperative. The home’s extraordinary outdoor living space serves as a harmonious extension of the indoor living area. Moore and her team executed a seamless transition from the indoors to the outside using a Nana door designed for the large glass openings. Complete with carefully selected performance textiles, the outdoor entertaining area provided the client with a space perfect for cooking, dining, watching television or relaxing by the pool. In addition to designing a chef’s kitchen, a contemporary home theater, a masculine master retreat and a luxurious and vibrant indoor/outdoor living space, Hager also personalized space for Everett’s daughter creating a pretty, feminine bedroom complete with a pink chandelier and separate play room with a tea table and ballet barre. The Depot

Fort Worth’s rugged charm meets soft, contemporary refinement in the spectacular interior design of the common areas, model units and unit interior finish options for The Depot, a unique railroad freight depot transformed into a multifamily apartment community. MDG respected the heritage of the 1911 property, choosing to adapt many of the original elements, such as the terra-cotta floor, exterior windows, heavy timber beams, steel trusses, interior walls, windows, and cabinets, as well as continuation of the exposed conduit to bind new and existing spaces. The spectacular lobby became one of the project’s focal points, finding a contrast to the historic setting with a modern interior of reclaimed exposed steel beams, low-slung furnishings, stained concrete floors, a soft contemporary color palette with expressive interior architectural details. To underscore the city’s theme, a local artist was commissioned to depict The Depot in 1870, 1948, and 2005 in three paintings spanning 21 feet. To maintain historic appeal for contemporary residents, the original poured concrete ceiling and walls were preserved in the building’s basement, which was originally used as a coal bin. The unit interiors include loft-like touches, perfect for this living space within walking distance to one of the most cultural cities in America.   Awards:

Moore Design Group brought together an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary influences in designing the chic interior spaces. Hager combined 19th century artifacts, commissioned artwork and custom-designed furniture creating a diverse style that is top of the line.
