First Place – Residence Contemporary Large

This home was designed for a single dad and his five year old daughter. The client desired a calm, modern approach taking into account the stunning pool vista’s while integrating interior to exterior design elements. Our goal was to make the space comfortable and functional so we added the curved bar at dining and created a direction from the entrance through the living space to the exterior not only by the design but the way in which materials were used.

First Place – Residential Singular Space The moment your hand touches the front door you have stepped into magic! The beautiful patterned limestone floor, to the Mottle Anigre wood handrail from East Africa to the radius wall of stacked natural ledgestone one is transformed by the beauty of the commissioned art and the stunning hand blown glass chandelier. One Unique Space.

First Place – Residential Kitchen – Contemporary Innovation and energy efficiency were the focus for the kitchen. The client is not a traditionalist in any sense, he wanted a kitchen that could hold a large gathering of friends in an intimate but functional setting. This kitchen proves that a beautiful, modern design does not have to be sacrificed to be functional.

First Place – Residential Bathroom – Contemporary The owner requested a Boutique Hotel – Spa like setting to relax and unwind at the end of the day. A hidden door into the bath was the catalyst for the entire bedroom with everything oversized to accommodate this owner’s height at 6’-4” tall. Great care was given to play upon the rich hues and warm tones for a stunning backdrop of relaxation and intimacy.
